Potato Salad

This time, i'm going to share with u all, the potato salad. This is a simple and yet delicious dish to make for party or even normal dinner.

The pictures below will guide u, i hope.

Mayonnaise, Rice Vinegar (Black vinegar can be used too), Tomato Sauce & Black Pepper.
(Butter can be added to bring out the flavours and to smooth the potatoes)

1st, boil the unpeeled potatoes with salt water, until the potatoes are soft.
(Tips: once the potatoes are done, transfer them into chilled / cool water for easier peeling of the skin later)

Then, boil the eggs, this can be done simultaneously with the potatoes, provided the pot / pan is large enough.

Meanwhile, fry the lunchoen meat / ham until cripsy golden brown.
(In my case, i use lunchoen meat, cause ham is damn expensive in M'sia)

After removal of the potato skin, cube them together with the peeled eggs. Place them into a big mixing bowl / pot.

Next, finely chop some spring onions / green shallots.
(Add a lot of spring onions if u like the taste. It'll do wonderful job in the potato salad.)

Now, chopping the luncheon meat. (The meat tense to scream in pain when i cut them.) *That's the sound effect from the crispy-ness of the luncheon meat*

Finally, place all the potatoes, eggs, spring onions, luncheon meat, maiyonese, black pepper, rice vinegar, tomato ketchup and butter (if desired) in a large bowl / pot. Mix well.

The final product.

(Note: This salad can be served right away, while its still hot, or served chilled, after refrigerated.)
