The Making of Nachos' Dipping Sauce

Here's some simple steps to follow in order to make a simple and delicious "Nachos Dipping Sauce".

The ingredients:

Minced chicken (pre-seasoned with black pepper)


Onion & Garlic (minced as well)


Button mushroom (diced into small chucks)

Diced Green Capsisum (Red ones are also welcomed)

Maggi's Bolognese (to enhance the flavours of tomatoes into the sauce)

The steps to cook them:

1. Sauté the minced garlic & onion until fragrant.
2. Add in the chicken and stir until the chicken is cooked.
3. Add in diced capsicum & mushroom.
4. Add in Maggi's Bolognese and water, stir for 3 minutes.
5. Garnish with chopped parsley / celery before serving.
