Pita Bread

Today's dish - Pita Bread

The ingredients u need are:

The pita bread, of course:

And also carrots, cucumber, red onions, garlic, big onions, beef / chicken & cabbage / lettuce
1st of all, reheat / toast the pita bread:

Then, fry the garlic and red onions, until fragrant.
Next, add in the minced beef / chicken (i prefer beef, its nicer).
Make sure the beef / chicken is cooked before adding the carrots / cabbage.

Add in your prefered sauce as well (eg. Barbecue sauce, steak sauce, terriyaki sauce. black pepper sauce, tobbasco sauce, chilli sauce, tomato sauce & etc.)
Dont forget to add salt and pepper to taste. Turn off the flame once the carrot is soft. Let the mixture cool down while the beef absorb the flavours.
Meanwhile, grease the toasted pita bread with mayonese / thousand island sauce.
Next, sprinkle the finely sliced big onions and cucumber onto the pita.

While the mixture is still warm, place it evenly onto the pita bread with onions and cucumber ready as the base. Add in lettuce before squeezing a layer of sauce to enhance the flavour.

Fold it and its ready to be served. (serve with salad - optional)

Dont forget to gulp it down while its still warm.

A smile on the face is the best feedback a chef can have. (Action speaks louder than words) :P
Hope you can try out this simple dish one day.
